Over the years, IUSSTF has launched several strategic initiatives and announced special calls as needed. These initiatives have been driven by specific objectives, such as the special programs introduced during the Covid pandemic to collaboratively tackle the challenges of that critical period. Designed to create lasting impact, these initiatives often span multiple program areas and are aimed at driving transformative or developmental change, such as the U.S. - India Artificial Intelligence(USIAI) and the Solar Decathlon India(SDI).
